Iskander Rakhmanberdiyev
Iskander Rakhman is a Software Development Manager on the OpenSearch Dashboards Visualizations team. He leads OpenSearch Project contributor initiatives, focusing on recruiting external contributors through partner institutions and improving contribution flow and external maintainer count. Recently, he has led the college contributor initiative to support students gaining practical experience, developing skills, networking, and understanding the open source culture, as well as bring fresh perspectives and greater visibility to the OpenSearch Project.
