Accepting Ambassador Applications
OpenSearch community members can apply at any time, and our selection committee will review submissions and welcome new ambassadors twice a year, in February and August. If you are already sharing OpenSearch with your community or want to start doing that more officially, now is your moment.
Responsibilities
- Organize and participate in local or virtual meetups, workshops, or conferences.
- Share knowledge through blogs, tutorials, videos, or technical guides.
- Mentor new contributors and community members.
- Provide feedback and insights to the OpenSearch team and project maintainers.
- Represent the community with professionalism, inclusivity, and respect.
