Infino is an open-source retrieval engine built in Rust on Apache Parquet and object storage. Founded by creators of OpenSearch, we designed a new engine from the ground up for the era of AI-driven search and analytics.

Infino combines BM25 full-text search, vector search, and SQL in a single engine. Store documents, embeddings, and structured data together on the object storage you already use: S3, Azure Blob, or local disk. Query it all at once with hybrid search and SQL, with no separate systems to stitch together. Because storage and compute are decoupled, there are no clusters to manage, no snapshots, and no capacity planning. Your data lives in open formats you own.
