EraCloud is a consulting and managed-platforms company founded in Dubai in 2026, serving organisations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. We design, optimise and run production systems in cloud, on-prem and hybrid environments. Our main areas are OpenSearch, observability, AI and data platforms, databases, Kubernetes and streaming.
Our consulting covers architecture advisory, cloud migration and governance, cost management, DevOps, and GenAI and RAG. Our managed services run platforms in your infrastructure or ours, depending on what the engagement needs.

EraCloud helps organisations get more out of OpenSearch, whether they need to fix a cluster, move one, or hand it off to someone else to run.
- Performance tuning. We diagnose slow queries, heap pressure, indexing backpressure and hot shards, then fix the root cause at every layer: query, mapping, shard topology, JVM and OS.
- Migration and transformation. We move clusters from Elasticsearch, Solr or self-managed setups to OpenSearch, and handle major version upgrades.
- Managed OpenSearch. Our engineers design, run and support your clusters 24/7, in your infrastructure or ours. Each cluster is sized for its workload, whether that’s search, logs and observability, or AI and vector retrieval.
- Free health check. A senior engineer reviews your cluster with you for 60 minutes. You then get a written report with prioritised fixes for performance, cost and risk, with no obligation.
